Ah, another nice pic! I quite enjoy the peeks into such a far and away place. Clay tiled roofs are not too common here but when they do occur it's generally on a house of a light neutral-colored stucco.
Also of interest to me are the leafless trees in the background along with that palm. Suze it's funny to me that for the last few days of your trip I'll be in NZ and you in North America.
While in Dallas I also made some progress in working out details for my son's new lodging. I'm so glad it's not gonna be New York. He wears me out at times but I'm still his dad and will rest easier now that I know he's got a nice secure place to call home for a while.
