I feel very much like a failure... fell victim to the drink at work this evening. We had a wine tasting (I'm a server). I drank, felt well. after closing time did me in. I drank with my peers/ coworkers and felt immediate guilt on the way home. and I wanted more so I stopped and had another drink on the way home. this has ruined my streak. I'm starting over tomorrow and hope I can forgive myself. I'm sorry guys. I feel like poo

And I know that feeling, making a promise to ourselves and falling down. We learn, and we do it better next time.
Honestly, the thing that is concerning love is that you drove after drinking. I'm glad you are home safe.

How are you keeping?It's still an adjustment to feel things and deal with them, but it feels so much better than what I used to do with my emotions ~ drowning them.
