Nightmare

I've just woken up after an horrific nightmare.

Just coming off anti depressants and 11 days sober after a 3 month relapse and this could be the re-emergence of my PTSD. I really hope not. This scares me so much. Drinking and meds sorted this out for me in a weird kind of way.

It will fade Jeni i used to suffer nearly every sleep disorder going

non existant in continued sobriety
