Bedtime Gratitude ~ Part 54
Grateful not to work this weekend and having some more time for balance.
Grateful to get a wonderful workout in at LA Fitness Sat morning to keep up my strength and getting some endurance and flexibility in also and to decompress in the sauna and hot tub.
Grateful for this outlet and stress reduction.
Grateful to go to 5 pm Mass with my wife and to get closer to God.
Grateful to have my wife do somewhat of an inventory to go over things that have been upsetting her as far as me not helping out much with some things around the house.
Grateful to hear her out and to be willing to work on this.

Grateful for another sober day. Grateful to be feeling strong and healthy. Grateful to have and be back in the US safely after traveling. Gratefull for clarity of mind. 311 hangover free mornings and the attendant reduction in anxiety. Grateful for a deepening relationship with my higher power. Grateful for AA.

Grateful to have a friend over for dinner. Grateful for a clean kitchen, and for food already prepared for tomorrow. Happy to relax and go to sleep soon. Grateful for dogs to cuddle in bed.
