Adding years How long will you live?

Choices...

For those getting sober and clean...
Look at what the choices we make can do

How long will I live? A change here, a change there... can make a big difference

My lifespan is 76. If I were still using pills, it would be 67.

Hmmm...

If I don't change anything, I'll live longer than I had assumed I would.

Definitely will be living overtime, thought I would live to be 40. They say I will be around until I am 84!

91. Man, that is really old. I've never personally met anyone that old.

I'm not sure I want to know what 91 feels like.

Mid 70s, but it bumps right up to 84 if I chose to be a woman. I'm dialing the clinic now.

The choice between no booze and "5 or more drinks in the last month" caused an immediate seven or eight year swing. About three times as important as "no exercise" versus regular vigorous exercise.

Not to burst anybody's bubble here, but what ever my Higher Powers plans are for me, I can't change. I think I'll just live for today, one day at a time.

God bless,

Harry
