Thank you
Thank you
I am grateful that I got back here in one piece.
I am grateful that nobody was physically hurt.
I pray for forgiveness for any mental and emotional hurt I caused.
I pray for my estranged wife.
I am grateful that I have SR friends who understand.
Amen.

If I don't actively turn my thoughts to gratitude, I can quickly turn to woe-is-me-ing.
I'm glad you made it back safely, too. Grateful for you, my friend in a far away place. I wonder about some of my classmates. Did you see that enfinthechange is back posting? She is going on three months sober now, I think.

Too true, Bim.
The poor me, poor me, pour me.
Thank you for the warm welcome back, my friend, it makes my heart smile.
I sometimes wonder about some of our classmates too, and throw them a little parcel of light, just in case they are in darkness.
It's great that enfinthechange is back! I'll see if I can say hello. The timezones - too right we are just about on opposite sides of our blue and green home. (North and south as well as east and west). I'm almost heading for bed now.
I wonder also about Aarry, and the gent who played tennis - cant remember his name right now.
But Bim, you're a survivor. And a great friend. I'm proud of you.
Peace and thanks,
B.
