I am so blessed to have my boyfriend of 3.5 years. He's helped me through a very difficult divorce and has helped me raise my 3 beautiful children.

When I told him I wanted to stop drinking after 20 years of intoxication every night(with the exclusion of my pregnancies) he said he would help me anyway he could. I'm only on day 8 but w/o his help I can tell you that I would've never bothered quitting.

Everything is more enjoyable with him. He's truly an angel and I cannot thank him enough.

I'm also thankful for this website! Everyone here has helped me so much and I look forward to reading posts and all the encouragement that surrounds all of your words and experiences.

So good to know we are not alone

My last marriage was 18 years of working 2 jobs as a nurse while my ex stayed home enjoying his hobbies and taking complete advantage of me. So nice to have the help and support I have never had!

I love hearing stories like this!!! What a blessing healthy love is. I too spent years in a unhealthy, destructive marriage. My heart breaks when I read posts from people who are alone or in unhappy relationships. I've come to believe there is someone right and special for everyone, I'm so glad you found your "greatest man"
