Still Drinking. Cant seem to stop

Trying to find something I am grateful for and it is not easy today.
I am grateful for my 2 dogs that love me if I am drunk or sober.

That's all I got.

Do you have any ideas on how to get back to sobriety asixstringnut?
What are you prepared to do?
