Not just for addicts/alcoholics ?
I find gratitude a powerful ally in my recovery.
As one who also sometimes suffers from depression, I find gratitude a powerful antidote to self-pity.
I am grateful for gratitude and grateful to read here about the gratitude of others.
Gratitude is not just for the recovering or recovered.
Gratitude is not just for the faithful.
I'm going to share this article with my wife.
But, I'm grateful to be able to share here now.
