Grateful for being able to be ... Grateful 
Grateful for waking up without a hangover, and being able to say, 'This is the Day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it!
Instead of 'coming to' at who knows what time in the night, and being filled with desperation for a drink to calm my nerves.

Grateful that I was able to attend a women's AA meeting today and not feel quite as uncomfortable as I have in the past. It's rather sad, but I used to drink after that particular meeting, ugh...
