Dissociative Disorder

So a few months back I had a very stressful event in my life and ever since that time I've been in the DD fog. I've never had it last this long and it's really annoying. Anyone else suffer from this? If so, what is your longest episode?

I've been in those fogs that have lasted years! Then months. Now weeks
