two years no hospitalizations

There was a five year period were I went to 13 mental hospitals I have schizophrenia schizoaffective type schizophrenic and bi-polar. Its been a hard life but I'm doing better. I have real bad psychosis shackled to stretchers up to 18 hours and a lot of other very bad stuff. My medication is working I'm grateful for that hopefully it works for a long time.
