I am grateful for the al anon meetings. Tonight's was a great one , with 3 shares before me directly relating to being in relationships with drinking A's and it being tough to deal, move on, leave, trust ourselves. Let's face it, we post b/c it isn't getting better and we do indeed feel trapped. Al anon just reminds me I am not alone .thank you to all who share there.
