I am so very grateful for that wonderful feeling I get in the morning. I step out of my shower, take a deep breath and realize how alive and vibrant I feel. I make sure to take note each morning of my clear head, with no headache, no nausea and no mood swings.

I am grateful that I have been given the strength each day to recognize my cravings and fight them off. I am grateful for my supportive partner who has all but abstained from drinking to support me.

Mostly I am grateful that I can be the mom and wife that my family deserves.
