Grateful and sober

I am grateful for my 6 1/2 months of sobriety. The realization that I can never drink again is very solid and thoughts of drinking are very rare.

I would never introduce alcohol to my body again. Dealing with the mental obsession was the worst part. I am glad it's over.

I am enjoying my sober life.
