Grateful for my sponsor's experience, strength and hope-i'm continuing with step 4 today (moving from the "grudge list" to actually writing out what happened, my part, etc) and while my heart literally hurts this morning-because my two biggest resentments have popped into my head upon waking-i'm so grateful I have the opportunity for some clarity, perspective, catharsis and picking up on behaviour patterns I think i'm repeating this from an earlier post, but I *really* need to repeat myself this morning

Grateful that I know this isn't impossible and countless people have been at this point before me; I have lots of phone numbers that I can-and will-use should I start to struggle or otherwise

Grateful for my fella, his unwavering support and just who he is as a person

Grateful to have seen an amazing comedian on friday night, my face still hurts a little from smiling :P
