Gratitude, Intentions, Reframing
I got this from Lilou Mace's web site - the last one is not the word she used, but this is how I interpreted it.
Five things to be grateful for today:
1) a roof over my head
2) heat
3) positive interactions with my grandson and two of my daughters - positive conversation with my mother - positive interaction with her caregiver
4) nice visit with neighbor
5) a walk with my "best friend" (my little doggie who loves me no matter what)
Intentions for tomorrow:
1) keep up positive practices
2) when intrusive thoughts come in, change the channel - say "stop, delete"
3) pay bills
4) do whatever the spirit moves you to do and be happy about it
5) take pains to be nice to people
Reframing:
1) when feelings come up, it's ok to feel them - it's releasing more trauma
2) you are getting healthier every day
3) you are learning to rely on yourself
4) you are learning to let go
5) you don't need fixing
I am feeling that I don't want to set myself up to "have to" do this daily - but if it feels right, I hope I find this thread again or if anyone else would like to share - that would be cool. I also don't want to have to write five things - just go with the flow . . . see what wants to happen

Today I am grateful for the honest statements of those on this SR Website.
Also grateful that there are women's meetings Online and will try to find them.
Grateful for connection to my Higher Power (also open 24/7)
Grateful for the new medication (non-narcotic) which makes walking so much better.
Grateful that I ask for help from my Sponsor and Medical Doctors and receive it.
I have Peripheral Neuropathy but I just found out that, when not in pain, I can do the Treadmill AND Swim also!! Oh Joy
