Chocolate addiction
It's sugar we're addicted to; alcohol is full of sugar and eating it feels -- to the brain -- like we're having a drink. Now, when I'm stressed, I don't think about drinking but I do want to binge on cupcakes or donuts. I recommend not eating chocolate one day at a time. For example: "it's only today I'm not eating chocolate". You can get through a few hours, right?
