Oh yeah, I plan to remember my LAST detox for a very long time...
Hanging out with other clean people and helping those who are looking for help to work through detox and live a clean existence helps keep me in the solution today.
I have yet to meet anyone who says it ever gets any better out there in using land...

Hey Spica just woke barely 4 hours sleep, I had 3 nights totally painless. But for some reason last night was full of aches and pain. On day 22 feeling way better now. U have helped me a lot in here just wanted to thank you.
Ha! Just sent you a PM complaining about how I am still doing the insomnia thing just 2 minutes ago.
I am happy to say that at least I am logging 2 - 4 hours of sleep a day but my circadian rythym is whacked!!
I have been continuing to ply my body with lots of fluids and ibuprofen and that seems to keep me going in the aches and pains department.
Congratulations on day 22!!! Here is too many, many more!!!
No thanks necessary, think of how many other people you will be able to help here as you continue with your recovery!
