Gratitude
Today, I have been feeling pretty low so a gratitude list is a good idea.
I am grateful for my amazing family who has been supporting me emotionally and financially which getting sober and finishing school. I am grateful that I found this site today. I am grateful for my health, my car, my phone, my sponsor and being sober.
