getting off Zoplicone

I know it's not a drug used in the U.S. I'm just looking over a chart here
Benzo chart and I'm having trouble figuring out the table. I take 15mg of Zoplicone and I'm trying to figure out how much that would be of Valium or another benzo?

It looks like 15 mg of Zopiclone equals 10mg of Valium.

Anyone with success stories moving from this drug over to benzos in order to taper off?

This is a recovery forum and this alcoholic learned a) never to play doctor and b) self-medicating is feeding my addiction. I suggest consulting a doctor.
