One of the hardest part of withdrawing from opiate poisons is that they have wrecked your normal sleep patterns. There is no way around the fact that your brain chemicals have to seek equilibrium, "lay new tracks" so to speak, so you will have normal sleep again.
When you are lying there, restless as hell, needing sleep so badly -- this tests our resolve to get through this crapass withdrawal.
Time, my man. It goes slowly when you are trying to get some rest. But, this too shall pass.
