This was my 11th day cold turkey off of these crazy pills that have caused me so much grief. My withdrawal symptoms seem to be (so far) very mild. I still get restless legs at night, and sometimes feel like I have a fever when I don't. But never vomit, or anything very horrible. I have gone to work all week, and it has actually helped get my mind off of it.
The worst thing at this point are the cravings that I get. It seems more difficult now, than the first few days. I actually sometimes, stop in the middle of what I am doing and think about taking a pill. 1000 thoughts of "what ifs" run through my demented brain.
I have held strong, and steered straight. I just hope I keep it going. I have had a pretty good attitude as well. It's just those few minutes of everyday that the thought creeps up on me and I sit there talking myself out of it. Listing the MANY reasons of why NOT to over and over again.
