I'm grateful for:
My wonderful family and friends. Although those close to me have been concerned, angry and frustrated with my drinking their support has been unwavering.
My health and intelligence. I've abused my body and mind horrendously over the past years but they haven't given up on me yet!
The opportunities I've been blessed with in life.
The strength I've been blessed with which means I refuse to give up trying to be the type of person I want to be and know I can be.
The love, especially that of my beautiful girlfriend. I'm determined to be sober for me, but know that this will result in me being better for her also.
