This is more of a double edge blade because I am in AA myself. I am 6 months clean working to continue my sober life. <My mother however is a drinker and has been sense 1988. For some reason when her father passed, so did she, her drinking really hit home hard on my father, sister and myself. I was 9 yrs old at the time. She continues to drink close to a 1/2 gallon of wine almost every night and passes out on the couch, yells and acts irate at times when she is drunk. I don't see her often and until I was serious about AA i really hated her and how she was. I am learning this disease is something that is horrific but you can do it with support.
