A little while ago. I had just picked my mother up off the floor and put her into bed for the 5th time today and I felt my heart rate finally starting to rise pretty quick. Had a hard time calming myself as I had been doing a good job all day.

I was actually looking around the internet for some tips on reintroducing my mother to some kind of in-patient rehab and came across this site.

I still feel a bit adjetated and strung out and unsettled after a long day of trying to calmly deal with her, but hopefully eventually I will be able to lay down and crash and take a nap.
