St. Johns Wort

thought i'd post it here to...

does anybody have any experience with this? i've heard it helps with anxiety and depression - is that true?

Hi FallGirl - From what I understand, St. John's Wort can help with mild depression, but is not a substitute for more serious cases of depression that may need more aggressive treatment. It also usually needs to be taken for a prolonged period before its effect takes hold. You might find this link helpful:
