December makes me so upset and so far I've had the worst month I've had in a long time. Travel restrictions....my company is out millions. Now they're saying in 2 weeks, every single person in my province will have omicron.
I was in the hospital half a day Monday getting blood work, EKG, chest xray etc to try to figure out what's wrong with me as no one seems to know why I have a DVT at such a young age and it's worrisome.
I work Christmas but other than that everything will likely be closed, including the gym :( because of omicron.
so I'm not sure how to stay occupied right now.

They are saying that everyone is going to get Omicron....they are saying that all over the place.
The best thing we can do is stay as healthy and strong as we can.
Vaccinated people have far less to worry about....so we do that and we have faith that we will be OK.

NA beer for me is not about the alcohol content, it's the behaviours associated with drinking something that looks feels and tastes like a beer.

I'm taking soda today to Xmas lunch not NA beer because I don't need to pass for one of the drinkers. :dunno:

It feels good to wake up sober and clear headed today. Not slept the best as sleep disrupted from drinking this week. How scary it can have such an impact. Jr RAL still in bed-gone are the days of 5am starts! Going to prep the turkey make the gravy and prep everything else too. Then pressies. Candles and carols give a lovely atmosphere.

I hope everyone has a peaceful, happy and sober day x
