I feel good and healthy so I don't foresee anything to be concerned. Just a baseline test.

Good luck today, Ken. I agree -- good for you for taking care of yourself. Great post, Melina! Congrats, Coingod and others for choosing sobriety. So much fun to hear about Finn, Behan!

Today marks three years sober for me. When I hit 1,000 days, Dee thoughtfully posted congrats for me on the main board. That wasn't all that long ago so I'm going to keep this one more low key. (I'll post in my August class, of course.) But it is nice to reflect on how far I've come from what passed as a life in the "before" era. Kind of like an extra birthday. :)
