I am sorry darling badge....I was working through my own stuff and didn't read about what was happening with you. I will have to look back.... ♥♥♥

badgerden 12-11-2018 03:52 PM

No worries my friend, I didn't post anything, others here are going through their own battles so saw no need to throw my issues into the mix. Something I had to figure out on my own.

Much love to you

Badge

Hi badge, good to see you.

Good morning Overs.

Hi Badge :grouphug:

I need to reconnect with the real world. The kids have work or school, I have projects I am working on but no one to share progress with. I've actually been going in to the funeral directors to have coffee and a chat three times a week. :lmao

Have a good day everyone.

Morning overs

Andy, well that’s a start! :biglaugh: but yeah, it does you good to get out and about a bit.

It’s not good to order groceries when you’re peckish! I’ll alter it later. It’s not coming until tomorrow morning.

Have a good Wednesday my friends. Love to all :grouphug:

Andy Have you considered joining a bereavement group? Then, maybe you don't want to be among a load of others reminding you of what you have lost. What about a night class or something? Or volunteering.

Badge, hugs hun x

That's for all the congrats. The big stuff starts now I guess with the mega downsizing we have to do!

Me and my co-worker put up the Christmas lights at the boss's house last night. Fran can see them from her window perch. She is still paralyzed, but in good spirits.

Have a Happy Hump-Day, overs!

Andy, whatever works for you. Perhaps funeral director is your last link to Mrs T? No matter - you do whatever works for you to do your processing. You had a long time when you needed to meet everyone else’s needs.

Toots, downsizing can be cleansing, too :-)

Hi Suze, SG, PJ, Mags and everyone else!

What a touching holiday story FBL!

Andy, I think Toots has a great idea about joining a bereavement group. As we have found with alcoholism, group support can help immeasurably.

Have a good day all!

venuscat 12-12-2018 06:49 AM

badge....more love honey......

Andy.....I like toots' idea of a night class.....the other thing that comes to mind is football of some kind....are you a soccer fan? Maybe it would be nice to go to games regularly...it's social but not too imposing.

Oh gosh....so much more....need more coffee: my brain is cold. ♥

prayers Andy

Love and prayers going out for Kathy and PJ :grouphug:, in our thoughts.
