I just read through your thread, and you've already gotten a lot of great advice. Just wanted to add my two cents that I think you are doing great, and believe me, this part does end. Next comes the mental challenges, which for me were tougher, but in a different way. The bottom line is you can do this. Look at you, you're doing it now! Post away - it helped me tremendously at the beginning, even if a lot of what I was writing was dribble lol. It just felt so good to get it out, out of my head.

I do have to add, and I don't mean to hijack your thread - but I just posted about how last month I had decided to give in (hangs head in shame). I'm not really religious, but call it divine intervention if you will.....basically he fed me a bunch of bull and nothing came of it. That jackwagon actually texted me today! Can't believe it's been a month already. Anyway, just said - that's all set tomorrow at 4. He must be so burnt that he doesn't remember! Anyway, after reading Opio's and TE's suggestions, I'm really thinking about giving this one a go:
