Have a good weekend man :) D |
Same Dee. :) I've been pretty busy with some work and volunteer projects, excited that the holiday's are coming. Will be nice to unwind and enjoy the peace I've been feeling lately with my family. Dat 66. |

Way to go! |
Thanks Sober45. I had a difficult experience at work lately but am coping with it well. I'm still getting used to not having an addiction to fall back on when you deal with stress or negative emotions. Glad to be living responsibly and embracing adulthood. Day 70. |
congrats man - you're jumping hurdles and kicking goals :) D |
Thanks, Dee! :) Day 71. |
Hi Convalescence, good to see you're well into 2 months addiction free :) |
Thanks do much dpac, I'm happy too. :) Things have been so much more stable and peaceful in my life, even in the midst of stress, sadness, and other adult emotions. Day 72. |
I forgot to journal yesterday, sorry for the lack of response. Still doing well, and I guess that's a good sign that I'm still taking things seriously. Will start to evaluate how I'll be adjusting my recovery plan as the month draws to a close. Day 74. |
Just wanted to pop in and say that I'm still reading threads and engaging here. I think enough time has passed where I'm emotionally and spiritually stable and don't need to journal every day. I'm going to scale back to every few days, then eventually to a week like before. I think this is day 77 now. Super glad to see my family for the holidays soon. |
congrats on day 77 :) D |
