And the spring is finally here - my favorite time of the year!

Spring is finally here in NY..IM IN for the weekend!!

Long weekend for me only 'cause I booked a day of vacation for Friday. It's finally starting to warm up, looking at nearly steady temps of 20c or more. I'm so lookin forward to sitting on the beach under the hot sun.

I just got back from a long weekend—I worked my tail off on Friday and Saturday, then relaxed and enjoyed myself from Sunday to Wednesday.

This weekend will be more normal and low-key.

Bank holiday (extra day off work) here in the UK this weekend which in the past would have been an excuse to get drunk as hell as an excuse. No longer, now I look forward to early morning runs, some nice coffee & food, sun on my face (when it shows :supercool )

I have booked Tuesay off work so it is a four day weekend for me (as others have mentioned it is the May Day holiday on Monday) If the weather holds up I might go to Brooklands, an old motor racing circuit to look at some Italian cars.

Hello Weekenders!

Busy weekend on the horizon, I have a large mulch delivery coming tomorrow, in the thunderstorm we are expecting, gardens to get in, FINALLY! It felt like winter here just would not eff off. The horses get a spa weekend - baths and clipping. I am hoping to have a nice bonfire tomorrow night :) Get rid of some of this construction waste.

The birds are landing in the city parks, I'm going to hit the gym hard and heavy and early Saturday morning, and maybe even a trip to the Russian baths if I can fit it in.
