Morning MNL. |
I don't mind the occasional spider in the house, and leave them alone, or relocate them outside. But a million babies?? Nope. Sorry. They need to be eliminated. |
I do try to not kill them if at all possible. |
I'll take my adulting gold badge for the day. Paid some bills early, renewed my license plates early. Of course, I'm doing this from my desk at work, so... maybe only a bronze badge. |
http://uproxx.files.wordpress.com/20...doctorwho2.gif These guys weren't alive...yet...at least, they didn't move. Now I'm done!!!!!!!!! |
1 Attachment(s) My yearling Lasiodora parahybana. Raised from the size of the babies swept out the window. LOL. You should see her big sister. |
Where's that "ignore" button... oh, HERE! |
I'm curious, how did you get into spiders lunar? |
I dunno, because she's yours, Lunar, I feel more of an affinity for her. :) Otherwise, eek! She does look nice and fuzzy and soft... sort of. |
I'm guessing lunar's pets are not allowed to roam free in his house and build nests wherever. Heck, I neuter my pets. I don't even want a nest of kittens. |

I'm curious, how did you get into spiders lunar? Very intelligent, but I have very severe allergies to their hair. (Don't get me wrong, I love and miss them). Enter the spiders and scorpions. Arachnids. Fascinating. Low/almost no maintenance. No allergies. (other than possibly getting stung by Androctonus australis and having heart stop immediately). Yes, I've had snakes, frogs, lizards, amphibians, every species of fish known to man. I've found that if I can't give my pets enough time, then I shouldn't have them. I do miss my cats and dogs, but I found it very unfair to keep them alone home, while working 6 days a week. My spiders and scorps are very unforgiving. The End. |
Thanks, Jen. |
Lunar, bring your pets to my house. My wife left some bananas on the counter for too long earlier this summer and we're suffering from the great fruit fly infestation of 2016 here. |
other than possibly getting stung by Androctonus australis and having heart stop immediately Gulp!!! When I lived in Texas for 6 months, we learned to check our shoes for scorpions before putting them on. |
@bimini: the phrase "nest of kittens" brought a very disturbing mental image to my head of an unholy combination of cute kittens and horrifying movie-inspired arachnid-type creatures. *shudder* |

From never to late to creepy infestations! Nearly done for today. Spoke to a like minded professional that I respect earlier, who put my anxieties at ease about an issue. I do believe there is a chocolate cake floating around somewhere. I think I might just have some. B |
See...a nest of kittens is harmless :) |
