Another Pal lays down his Phone, and plays his Piano for Telemarketers. Keeps ya outta Jail. I had some weird Caller ID Number start showing up. I learned to Search on Google for said Number, with hyphens inserted. A leading Search Result goes right to a Page with similar Complaints - and an explanation for - said Phone Number. This one - with a WA Prefix - was actually routed outta Pakistan. 'Twas a PakiScam. :thumbsdow A Realtor Gal Pal at the Dog Park discusses Ins/Outs of Brokering Pot Growing Properties 'round here to All Cash Clients [obviously]. The tricky bits are ensuring Due Diligence is done to prevent Legal Splashback if some Local Ordinance or Rule is not disclosed, and followed. Kinda tricky stuff, actually, re: Fence height. Down-cast Lighting that avoids Light Pollution. Locked Gates. On & on... Anyhoo, she helped out an older Gent with Dementia [not a Pot Story, here]. His House went into Foreclosure. He had plenty of Money. Some Scammers convinced him a Box of Money would be sent to the local Airport if he sent the Scammers $10k or so. He was convinced this mysterious Airport Money Box would allow him to save his House. ML - I'm glad they no longer call the first round the second round. They must have taken a lot of slack for that one. Local fave Villanova will not make it to the final four. My only prediction.
