Wowsers we got a part 2.

Mrs B is taking a nap. Has been working today whilst I was doing the horizontal man-flu.

Thankfully not working on the morrow.

I never realised coriander could be so devisive. I put it on everything! Lemon and coriander rocks the taste party.

I like coriander. It's cilantro that we are arguing has a "flavor" that is offensive/soapy.

I'm in a book coma......you know, trying to assimilate back into the real world after being lost in a novel....and it's not even all that good, yikes! I must be hard up for entertainment.....

I have noticed that when the title is inclusive of the newcomers call to stay sober and less about the kickstarted topic we tend to have more activity.

Sadly Sunday's have an echo from many who started with us. I was one of them every weekend. Mecanix would start the weekender and I wanted to stay strong but would show up regretful Sunday or Monday.

But as I am proof and you are proof that we can stay sober then here we are.

Not only have I noticed there are carpenter bees invading my deck, they are swarming. Most I've ever seen. It's like WWI dog fights where I was grilling lunch. May have to break out the racket ball weapon. Off to home depot for a puffer - borax is the ticket.

I saw these guys many moons ago and the bass player's fret board was illuminating - flashing red - where the marker dots would be. Mother of flashing red light inlay I suppose. It didn't do much for me.
But they can still kick it.

Brain, leave those bees alone! They're major food-crop pollinators now that honeybees are on the decline.

GS....I'm reading John Grishams latest, Gray Mountain. I really like Grisham, but this ones totally not up to par! Very disappointing! :(

I must really be out of the loop!! I had no idea honeybees were in crisis but it makes sense with all the pesticides being used. That's sad.

I know monarch butterflies are getting scarce because all of the fields with milkweed are being developed out from under them.

I'm always the monarch butterfly/milkweed promoter. I leave both alone in my yard and along the garage in the alley.

Honeybees are under threat from not only the pesticides but from a parasite.

I'm still here and still sober. I'm glad you came back Brain. I thought it was "I'm taking my ball and going home" for a second.

Saoutchik, as frustrating as the Lancia project must be, I'm impressed. I wouldn't even know where to begin.

It's still warm here. Kids are running around in the hose. Getting dark so they'll be in soon. Baths before bed.

Hello Sunday thread. Still sober! I did a trail run with a friend this morning, did the Home Depot trip for the flowers and pulled weeds by the patio. With the nice weather, I had some real cravings today, but just kept moving and they passed. Just grilled a burger and it tasted divine! Hope everyone's having a great Sunday also!

im still sober this weekend:) pretty proud of that! I worked earlier but now just have to do choirs. Feeling pretty good today. Hope everyone is having a nice Sunday.

I made a nice meal for my buddy who has been studiously stoodying.
Grill bbq pork chops, corn on cob, carrots glazed w/ honey, nice salad and half baked potato - for two please.
I've been having weird feelings. Ringing and buzzing in my ears started last night I think, just went to left side. When I was at market I thought the display was falling - nothing moved. I'm hearing an echo. Also the thump thump thump of my heartbeat in my right ear. Hopefully just a sinus thing going on. If it gets worse I'll have to go to dr. But not until she is finished with final exam.

Almost forgot, I got John Travolta queued up. Try to contain yourself Ruby.

a little high 130/84, normally 120/72, but probably has been on the rise the past few months...

Lol for once I wasn't being flippant. I was wondering because of his symptoms. I actually do worry about you all :)
