Newcomers Stay Sober This Weekend Thread 4/30 - until
Staying sober on a weekend was the toughest thing about first trying to understand I had a real problem. During the week I had routines that told me where to be and what I must do.
The weekends, however, where a very different story. Free time was a double edged sword. Looking forward to it all week and dreading it come Monday.
The weekender thread is here to remind you that living sober is possible!!! In fact its desirable!!! No... Really!
Join us with a simple "I am in!". Post it or say it to yourself but know you are not alone.
*Rind Ring* That's the sober bell of freedom calling out to you!
If you need immediate help this weekend remember the main forum will get you the fastest responses.
Otherwise grab a seat on the sober weekender bus, a magical bus that has room for everyone that wants a seat! (or spot on the roof)
Welcome to your sober weekend Team!!!

Bwahaha!!! Ok that was worth not saying it. Today is my second day of yoga class with the instructor my work is bringing in. I thought I was very relaxed at one point till she told me I looked like a little soldier laying there
