Hi Mike.

Never feel ashamed - we're here for you to lean on. It took me a few times, but I finally got free - and you can too. I hope you'll keep posting. It helps to talk things over - you're among friends who care.

Hi Mike, that AV has zero control over you, it's just a trick of the mind. Can you first imagine your life without alcohol? Try to do that. And figure out some type of plan to move forward. Giving in to the drinking is just prolonging things. Many here have been right there, feeling hopeless to stop. None of us are hopeless, including you! There are ways out.

If this were a quiz I'd grade you a D- for headwork here. If we can help then this is THE OBVIOUS place to be. Pride can breed misery, my friend.

B+ Right answer, but no explanation.

The light is always on here. If things get dark, head toward the light.
