I went back to work today. It went better than I expected.
Some people said I look a little ill but I just told them I had a cold.
The counselling was through a confidential service. It wasn't what I expected. I think it will be useful but challenging. AA was suggested but we talked about a lot of things. I opened up a lot but not completely.
Really wanted a drink after work but didn't. Still got that dry month!
