Hi everyone --

Just checking in. I will have two weeks tomorrow. It's been a rough week. I'm dealing with a lot of physical pain, and blood tests show I probably have some autoimmune disease. My liver looks good though, so there's that to be thankful for. When I was drinking, I was either drunk or hungover. I thought the reasons why I felt like crap was all due to alcohol. Alcohol just hid what was really going on (sigh). At least I'm dealing with my health and life now.

I hope all are well.

Good evening all....
Wow...nice reading all the Ohio comments:) Doing a quick check-in before we start a scarry movie marathon tonight. Enjoying the last weekend with my son before he leaves on his new adventure. We went to the beach last night and enjoyed a beautiful walk under an almost full moon!
Wishing everyone a peaceful evening!

Very familiar with autoimmune disease unfortunately.....big family genetic issue. It's hard......no lie....but my sister and I deal....with patience, empathy and understanding.

Sending much love to you. s

"the job of a real estate agent is considered one of the most stressful jobs you can have, according to careercast's 2010 jobs rated report, which analyzed the stress level of 200 professions."
i do think elder care is very rewarding.
Instead of going out in the yard, i decided to lay down and read. I read about how it's important to learn to 'sit with your feelings' and not project them onto others. Also, to think about your reaction and what it means to you, deep inside. That's totally paraphrased, of course, but anyway i did that, meditated on how i reacted to this situation, how i felt. It was a good exercise.
See you all later.

:) ❤️

Hi all.
Mike, I sure hope it turns out it's not anything serious. I'm glad you found out though! I'll be praying for you. I hope you feel better fast!
Have a great night everyone! Or morning if it's your morning, of course!
