I was surprised to see I was the last post... where is everyone at?

Hope you are all doing well. Nothing new here.

Things are in the yellow phase of opening up. It is unclear how long it will be until things are green... but as of now no hair dressers, requirement to wear face masks in public, no school (online until the end of the year), small gatherings are permitted.

It all feels comfortable, since we have been doing it for so long. But still strange.

I don't know.

I am not 100 percent positive, but yes. I believe I might be the only one that remained sober from this class....

But with that being said, I was a member of several classes prior to May 2018. I made a lot of big changes, which helped my sobriety stick. I am cheering for each and every one of you! John, Getting Closer, Free, Willow, Mr Wolfie, Mantra. I am sure I forgot some... but if you want sobriety - I am cheering for you too!!!

Things are starting to open back up in my part of the world, which is enjoyable. However, there are a lot of riots going on in Pittsburgh PA, which is scary. The world is a crazy place right now.

Congratulations on 2 years! I think you are the only one from our class who has stayed sober the whole 2 years, well done!
I’ve been struggling along, not always completely sober alas, and offline the last month, but I am here now and sober.
We have had some very worrying and intense family issues going on in the last month or so, including some significant injuries to two of my family. Also my online accounts somehow got hacked and subsequently I have been mostly offline, spending a lot of time helping out with my family.
I will try to drop into SR when I can, but I have been rather time poor lately.

Hi All
Just saw this thread come up. I made it to the two year mark on May 30th. I let the date come and go. I am very grateful to have made it and my life is definitely settled into the life of a sane and sober person. I am still on this site daily. It helps keep my perspective and reminds me that there is no place for alcohol in my life.

Lost another phone over the weekend. I use it for everything so I felt so useless without it. I average 1 lost phone every year. Lost at least 10 by now....
