Good morning folks. You really all are the best! :a194: I've of course been reflecting on things as this one year mark comes around. Getting booze out of my life has certainly made me a nicer, better, kinder person (or so I've been told lol). I'm sure that is down to getting rid of that selfish AV demanding all of my attention. I am now free to genuinely listen to others instead of being distracted by thoughts of when I can have a drink. Having said that, sobriety isn't a cure-all and there are things that I now recognize that I want to work on in my own head that I previously just blamed the AV for. I'm going to go pop in to the "overs" thread and say hi. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend :) |
With so many Undies becoming Overs, I worry that this thread might disappear into obscurity, which would be a shame as it has mean so much to so many over the years. If any of you know of anyone who would benefit from the support here, or if anyone reads but doesn't post, maybe now is the time to do something more. |
Weev just dropping in to say Hi All. I have 2 dental appointments this morning so feeling pretty hysterical. It's all part of taking care of my physical health now I'm sober but really teeth are just weird. Why don't they just regrow? I hope you're all having a day full of grace and love wherever you are! :grouphug: |
