Are you trying to keep yourself busy this weekend? The weekends are tricky for me too :-)

In for 24 more. 8:20am on Saturday.

Off to do many loads of laundry and then an afternoon of lacrosse with my kids. It's sunny outside and I'm grateful to be free from alcohol today.

Day 28 here. Survived an out-of-town work requirement the past two days. Everyone knows how that can go, the norm of dinner and drinks. Well, I had absolutely no desire to drink or go out for dinner. Bought Subway, stayed in my room and watched the NFL draft. Then you hear the struggles of those young men and their backgrounds. We all are just human. Feeling Blessed. "To God Be The Glory"

SnoozyQ 05-02-2015 05:51 AM

24 more please :-)

I don't feel like I'm fighting with myself any more, not over drinking at any rate.

I'm rambling but I wanted to get it out of my head. Perhaps it would have been better on a blog post. It's done now.

I like that! That will be useful to me as well. I'm glad you posted it here, Mystified. :)

Morning check-in at 9:14 AM.

Sober, fed and doing laundry.
