Happy Thursday morning to our happy January group! Saoutchik, congrats. I will be 55 in less than 5 months. I only feel old when I look in the mirror :) Enjoying spring here - finally! MITA |
Hi D For me it was 24°c or 75.2 F Some ppl experienced 25° in some places for mid april its unnatural Nearly broke the record UK weather: Hottest day of the year on Wednesday ? and sun to last through to next week | Metro News UK weather records to be broken this summer as Britain prepares for warm temperatures | Daily Mail Online |
Hello all - Yesterday was a good day. I saw the 9/11 memorial. It was very tastefully done and I enjoyed the visit. I wasn’t sure I would as I used to live on the NJ side and would look out at the WTC and remember that day vividly – also my brother lost some friends that day – but it was very well done and left the site impacted but not depressed. Then we went uptown to see Wicked – which was great. Wonderful costumes, singing and great story line. Overall a nice day. Today it’s back to work – nothing else fun today… except the kids have Latin day so I get to see them dressed up as Roman Gods (son is God of partying and daughter is God of battle) – so this should be a hoot. Nice here – upper 60s today and sunny – can’t wait for the heat!! |
I saw Wicked in london's west end it was exellent TeeBee |

"I want to see Wicked." I take my sister downtown SF to the playhouse when she comes for a visit. Can't beat live performances. Fun Fun |

Hi everyone, I'm very grateful to all of you for the birthday shout outs - thank you. Got back from Glasgow (where the temperature was nothing like 25C :whoop) about 3.00pm and spent a couple of hours on computers at work processing all the job details and now I am home at last. Told work I would be in about 10.30am tomorrow. Glad you enjoyed NY/Wicked Teebee |
