Good morning everyone. I have the day off but it is supposed to be stormy so I'm not sure what I'll do. I have has a couple of strong cravings recently, but was able to get past them without drinking.

This is a good reminder that this is a long process but the good news is that I'm still sober.

Hope you had a nice birthday Saoutchik.

Sisterbobby, as a long time runner I did have that on my right foot for about five years. Kind of a constant annoyance when running and the first few steps out of bed like you said. It just hung around and wouldn't go away. It was the main reason (and the fact I'm in the mid 50's) to switch to walking.

I believe it has gone away, but I do not to try running thinking it might flare up again.

I just looked it up and I didn't know such a thing existed before. Maybe I could have used something like that?

Ok, AV is not leaving me alone. I feel good finally about something and AV thinks we need to celebrate with gin. No NOnOnOnONo....
I made a big pot of cabbage soup, already had two bowls, grabbing my book and going out side to read, may eat the whole pot of soup before the night is over.

WWS-yes you could have, i suffered from it and didn't like the boots out there, so i made my own. Lady at work talked me into getting a patent design and so I did. Now on to the next step, making and selling.

I got to get some soup...

Well done on resisting your AV SisterBobby

Had to go in to work this morning, not happy about it.

Beautiful day here. I'm sitting on my balcony sipping green tea. Wish I had a decent view

i don't think i have ever been on an eight hour flight, maybe 5-6 hours max. My restless leg syndrome would go buzzirk. I have never been diagnosed with restless leg syndrome but i now i have it. Have a nice flight Teebee.
