Grateful there is a Sunday every week.

Grateful for my physical, mental, and spiritual gifts which allow me to live an incredible sober life by the grace of my Lord who gives me everything that I recognize when I don't let my disease take over. :tyou

Grateful for what Marcher and grtgrandpa, says.
Grateful I have peace in my heart and mind.

Grateful for my local chapel.

Grateful that the laundry pile isn't too big, and that I have an undercover drying area when it rains.

Grateful that I'm beginning to lose count of my alcohol free days, and have to look it up sometimes.

Grateful that I stopped drinking when I did. One of my old "drinking buddies" wasn't so lucky and is now gone.

Grateful for SR.

I was told early on that one in thirty-six get sober.

If I made a list of all who were killed by alcohol and nicotine who I knew, I am close to the last man standing only by the grace of God.

Thank you FBL for giving me another reason not to drink.

Grateful that I am NOT hungover or wanting to go get more.
Grateful for my NurtiBullet and my healthy green smoithies!
Grateful I was able to at least do half of my 40min kettlebell video, it's a start again after an almost month hiatus due to a binge and detox.
Grateful my BF (?? or rather I think my BF) has let me stay in our apt. and seems to be trying to be supportive.

oh! and grateful I still have my job to go to tomorrow! :D I really thought that was a done deal with the last ********.

Grateful that I know Mr Marcher's tastes, that I cook healthily and well so I can easily learn to tweak things further to his health's benefit.
Grateful for friends dropping in for coffee.
Grateful for a day off.
