Grateful for my local chapel.

Grateful that the laundry pile isn't too big, and that I have an undercover drying area when it rains.

Grateful that I'm beginning to lose count of my alcohol free days, and have to look it up sometimes.

I was told early on that one in thirty-six get sober.

If I made a list of all who were killed by alcohol and nicotine who I knew, I am close to the last man standing only by the grace of God.

Thank you FBL for giving me another reason not to drink.

nice, I need this thread - woke up in a snit today for some reason :(

Grateful that I am NOT hungover or wanting to go get more.
Grateful for my NurtiBullet and my healthy green smoithies!
Grateful I was able to at least do half of my 40min kettlebell video, it's a start again after an almost month hiatus due to a binge and detox.
Grateful my BF (?? or rather I think my BF) has let me stay in our apt. and seems to be trying to be supportive.

Grateful that I know Mr Marcher's tastes, that I cook healthily and well so I can easily learn to tweak things further to his health's benefit.
Grateful for friends dropping in for coffee.
Grateful for a day off.
