Thanks OPI! |
You're welcome, Alysheba! :) |
Grateful there is a Sunday every week. |
Grateful for my physical, mental, and spiritual gifts which allow me to live an incredible sober life by the grace of my Lord who gives me everything that I recognize when I don't let my disease take over. :tyou |
Grateful for what Marcher and grtgrandpa, says. Grateful I have peace in my heart and mind. |
Grateful for my local chapel. Grateful that the laundry pile isn't too big, and that I have an undercover drying area when it rains. Grateful that I'm beginning to lose count of my alcohol free days, and have to look it up sometimes. |

If I made a list of all who were killed by alcohol and nicotine who I knew, I am close to the last man standing only by the grace of God. Thank you FBL for giving me another reason not to drink. :ring |
Grateful for songbirds. Grateful for an opportunity to be strong today and go to a gathering. Grateful to try. |
Grateful that I could still enjoy myself last night at a birthday party and was sober |

nice, I need this thread - woke up in a snit today for some reason :( Grateful that I am NOT hungover or wanting to go get more. Grateful for my NurtiBullet and my healthy green smoithies! Grateful I was able to at least do half of my 40min kettlebell video, it's a start again after an almost month hiatus due to a binge and detox. Grateful my BF (?? or rather I think my BF) has let me stay in our apt. and seems to be trying to be supportive. |
oh! and grateful I still have my job to go to tomorrow! :D I really thought that was a done deal with the last ********. |
Grateful that I know Mr Marcher's tastes, that I cook healthily and well so I can easily learn to tweak things further to his health's benefit. Grateful for friends dropping in for coffee. Grateful for a day off. |
Grateful for my porridge this morning. Grateful for another day of possibilities. Grateful for the ability to make lists, it helps me to get things done. |
happy birthday gramps and grateful for yet another new week of adventures! |
Grateful for the second chance at life that sobriety has granted me. Grateful for another day sober. |
Grateful that it is June! What a beautiful weekend it was. |
Grateful for the two alarms I set without which I would have never got up. Grateful for the dog for the same reason . He is my third alarm. Grateful I can choose my attitude today and change it for the better. |
Grateful for my 12th morning in a row, waking up without a hangover. Ready to take on the day! Grateful for the last 11 days free of alcohol- so much positivity and energy. Grateful for a beautiful weekend. Grateful for some time spent gardening with my SO. Grateful for all his support and understanding. Sober living with him is a joy. Also we had some time for just the two of us yesterday- which in the past was difficult to carve out. An old friend of mine got married (at 50)to a good guy yesterday...I remember when they started going out...he seems like a good guy and I am genuinely happy for them Other good news on my Facebook feed from old friends...people who have had their own struggles going off and doing amazing things Some time yesterday over a meal with new friends and old. A healthy salad, which I made....grateful to be participating in the world and engaging with people; not isolated, drinking, smoking pot, or sick...the more sober time I have, I feel a lot less selfish and self involved and can relate to people better. Grateful for less anxiety. Grateful for nice weather. Grateful for my highr power for guiding me through sobriety. Grateful for everyone's posts here. :thanks |
Grateful to be woken by the Dawn Chorus - truly beautiful Grateful to be able to take it easy today as not feeling well Grateful that not feeling well has nothing to do with alcohol! |
Grateful for SR and the service of folks like Vcat, the mods, and the admins, which means even more when few are grateful for it. ((venus)) Grateful for sunny skies! |
Grateful for the community of SR. Grateful for my sobriety and health. Grateful for the excitement of change. xo Pan |
Grateful that my business trip is only 2 nights this week and then I am back home with my gals! Grateful I get to play tennis after work today before checking into my hotel. |
