Grateful to wake up hangover free after a sober night out
Grateful that daylight saving is easier to deal with in sobriety.
Grateful for an afternoon to myself.

grateful for fall at the flea,

and lets hope i dont take a fall at the flea!

Grateful for another day sober.

Grateful for a sober morning.
Grateful for the path of sobriety and the healing it can be.
Grateful for the willingness to work at staying sober.
Grateful that there is the option to work on my situation and improve myself.

Grateful to wake up without a headache since I fell asleep wifh one.
Grateful for a misty fog on the lake.
Grateful I have a home and feel safe in it
Grateful I don't hear the city bus, speeding trucks, the neighbors screaming obscenities at their kids, and their kids screaming back, large power tool noise, the scary rottweiler that roamed without a leash, the gossipy old woman neighbor who nagged me incessantly, the planes coming in for a landing loudly over head, the neighbor's pool heater running loudly all day on one side, the noisy students across the street screaming over football, the fire engine up the street and all the other annoying things I don't miss.
Grateful for peace and quiet!

Grateful for the strength that keeps me sober when life gets a bit trying.

Grateful EQ's in a safe and peaceful place.
Grateful for the part in me & everyone that wants a better life.
Grateful for a productive day yesterday.

Grateful for the way I get up and get going these days. Even with daylight saving having just started, I got up at the normal time and did the weekly clean on this day off.
Grateful for the improvement in my appearance.
Grateful that I know I will be up early tomorrow morning because I don't do hangovers or abuse of my body these days.

Grateful for Marcher's always positive attitude! ♥
Grateful for a clear head and an organised mind...it still seems like such a miracle to me.
Grateful for today off to study (maybe Marcher will do my cleaning, he he he).

grateful for yet another new week of adventures

Grateful our house remodeling project starts this week.
Grateful to have found an old gift card hidden in my wallet......which meant a " free " shirt and dress this past weekend. :)

Grateful I woke up fifteen minutes before my alarm and had time to do a five minute guided meditation.
Grateful for a spectacular sunrise.
Grateful for rain finally. (Red sky at morning, sailors take warming! Lol)
Grateful for trying to create a life 180 degree from my old drinking one!

Grateful for a good night's sleep to start off the week.

I am grateful that I awaken with first thoughts being of recovery....and not pouring the first drink or smoking pot.

Grateful to see an old friend on SR even though he's in a bad way -- at least he's here.
Grateful that nowadays I have an expectation of being sober -- it's the new normal.

Grateful for the rain, my lawn needed it!
Grateful for the warm weather when others have cold.
Grateful for a job.

Like lyddie I'm grateful for a good night's sleep.
Grateful that I've packed a super healthy lunch.
Grateful that the list in my little red book is achievable and will be done.
