Dragon, I had the best appetizer the other night - roasted tomato stuffed with chopped eggplant 🍆. It was drizzled with an herbal cheesy cream sauce (doesn’t sound light but it was). Good luck with the eggplant. On the Bus. |

I would definitely have to try living at the UFO condos for a spell. On the Monday morning sober bus. Always amazing grateful to be on that Monday morning bus, sipping my coffee reflecting back on another week free of booze. Happy riding all! |

Eggplant is, to me, the more curious name, Sao. That beautiful Aubergine color makes a better name for that vegetable. Next time we dine there, I will ask the owner if he will disclose the recipe. |
