Congrats on day four. Did you eat something? I found my appetite diminished at the beginning as well. It came back. Now I'm starting to get into my breakfasts. For now force yourself to eat something small, try to do simple things you enjoy that take your mind off of what your body is going through us. Ice-cream, movie, posting on SR. Congrats on day 4, glad you are able to eat at least something. You should start turning the corner soon on the physcial WD stuff..hope it comes sooner rather than later for you. |

Eggs, fruit, toast, and lots of water are good. The protein in the eggs helps a lot. Hope you feel better again. |
